We only spent about half a day in
Lampang, but we did get one heck of a nice massage while we were here,
$7 for both of us. We also took a bus about 30 km. north to the Thai Elephant
Conservation Center, where you can ride an elephant throught the forest,
view exhibits about the history and culture of Thai elephants, and see
the daily training shows, exhibiting how elephants were trained and used
in the logging industry.
